The FK Irons Flux Max is a cordless tattoo gun machine that is the culmination of everything FK Irons has created over the years.
It's a machine that brings you more control, more convenience and more innovation from the inside out to get the most out of your skills.
It's powered by an enhanced PowerBolt II, which allows artists to use their machine wirelessly and without the need for cables or power supplies. Offering up to 10 hours of battery life, it also has a USB-C connection for easy recharging. It also features a new internal motherboard with the latest technological advances.
The machine is equipped with an OLED digital screen, thanks to the updated display and touchpad. Tattoo artists can access the menu and adjust the various settings without having to use the Darklab application.
From the screen you can access the new menu, with options such as:
- Power display in hertz (Hz) or volts (V) for greater accuracy
- Secondary power display with the AC power unit chosen above
- Voltage configuration to display voltage in increments of 0.1 or 0.5 V
- Footswitch that enables Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity for wireless connection with the Darklab Killswitch
- The eGive for the strike level with 3 different levels: from level 0 (eGive disabled) to level 1 for hard strike, level 2 for medium strike and level 3 for soft strike. Following this setting, the machine will detect the tension of the cartridges used and run an algorithm to ensure that the eGive is consistent with the chosen level.

- Screen orientation to select left or right-hand use
- Transport 'killswitch' mode, to ensure the machine doesn't accidentally switch on when travelling
