Instructions :
Apply the Devilish stencil to the skin, spread it over the area you wish to apply the design to with circular, energetic movements, then apply your transfer paper and hold for 3 to 5 seconds.
Then remove the transfer paper and leave to dry for 8 to 10 minutes. Try to work from the bottom up, occasionally wiping off excess ink. Avoid over-cleaning for durability.
