PERMA BLEND Luxe has developed a new range of eyebrow pigments with specialist Lulu Siciliano, the Evenflo Blonde 2 Brunette kit. They have a higher pigment load and are already pre-modified so no mixing is required. These pigments can be used alone or mixed together to find the shade that suits you best.
The pigments have been developed with a hybrid formula, a composition of inorganic and organic.
In this kit, you'll find pigments with soft, natural results, for an impeccable finish.
The kit contains the following pigments:
Morena: This is a fairly intense dark brown, similar to almost black brown. You can use it pure or diluted.
Castaña: This is a classic dark brown. It can also be used to darken other brown tones.
Rubia: This is a warm golden brown with a honey-yellow undertone.
Bonita: This is a very subtle brown with cool undertones.
