PERMA BLEND Luxe has developed a new range of lip pigments with specialist Lulu Siciliano, the Evenflo True Lips kit. They have a higher pigment load for maximum colour retention. What's more, their formula is balanced to ensure beautiful fading over the long term.
The pigments have been developed with a hybrid formula, a composition of organic oxides and iron oxides.
In this kit, you'll find pigments with both mauve and pink tones.
The kit contains the following pigments:
DirtyFrench: This is a harmonious shade with a neutral undertone for natural-looking lip results.
Rock Rose: This is a powdery pink pigment that is elegant with a subtle cool undertone.
