PERMA BLEND Mod 3 is a pale pink modifier that enhances the colour of neutralised lips without intensely changing the shade of the desired base. It is used to modify base pigments 1 to 4 in the Embody set. A Mod enhances or lightens any of the pigments in the set to create different shades.
It should only be used to reconstitute the individual pigments in Carla Ricciardone's Embody + Enhance Set to achieve optimum results for enhancing and neutralising lips after tattooing.
